(Closed on Thursday afternoon, Saturdays, Sunday, Public holiday, New Year holiday and Obon)

- Reception hours are from 9:15 to 17:15. Please note that you will not be able to receive a medical examination after the time has passed.
- Telephone reception is possible from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
